I've noticed another side effect. Pissing in the shower. I never used to do it but I've done it 3 times in the past two weeks since giving up smoking again.
 
I found when I gave up the fags I had real trouble sleeping, and when i was asleep i felt like I hadnt been asleep if you know what i mean, but i do enjoy not having to cough up a lung every morning

I dont smoke but I piss in the shower at least 3 times per wash.
