Back to the topic. Yes I think Corbyn is a bit too old or 2 stuck in some 80s thinking.
Sure he's got some good points raised on doing more for those lower down in society. But some of his other positions are disastrous like defence, anti Jew if it's true, and weak foreign policy. I also think he might be weak on crime and punishment.
The Tories are hopeless now run by a headless chicken and her potential replacements look just as bad or worse.
I think Sajid is quite alright. Must see how he performs with the power as Home Secretary.
Personally I prefer the London Mayor. The way he carries himself and a genuine concern for a better inclusive Britain.
I think a PM from a minority will be good. They'd understand the hardship normal people go through. Even a Muslim even. Maybe it needs a good Muslim leader to bridge the gap on 1 side and get their own to understand the values we hold dear as Britons.
What I fear though is what happens after such a PM.
Don't let extremists and far right people galvanize ordinary White people by playing on their worse fears and elect someone like Trump.
And we saw with the Brexit vote, just how it can be done. Play on fear, spread lies and claim to fight for ordinary people and issue threats that basic rights are going to be given away.
