Cauliflower cheese burgers, baked beans, garlic mushrooms and crispy kale (cooked in the oven with a coating of toasted sesame oil, black sesame seeds, demerera sugar and Thai seven spice). Got to be one of the tastiest quick meals I've ever made at twenty minutes in total!
Oh yes, I've steamed kale on occasion and it is a workout for the jaw. The seasoning was good, if a little sweet! This was the recipe I mostly followed.That Kale sounds nice. Crispy is the only way we've ever successfully cooked it. Tried it boiled once and it was like trying to eat shredded tyres.
