What are you cooking during lockdown?

Teriyaki chicken and veg noodles, tonight.

Lunch could be a hunt through the fridge.

Edit: accidental Japanese day, today. Found some Japanese dumplings in the fridge and fried those up for lunch, eaten with a hoisin dip.

Marinated tofu with udon noodles and stir fried veg for us tonight. Much tastier then my previous tofu attempt. The marinade was soy sauce, honey, toasted sesame oil, grated ginger and minced garlic, and I threw it onto the noodles as they cooked too.
