It wasn't just us then.
Through the same lens they could look at the challenge on Sterling in the Chelsea game and declare it not a penalty AND Ake’s ankle being trodden on v Newcastle and award a penalty. Utterly disgraceful.
That is shocking and made worse because from that angle the assistant referee has to be looking DIRECTLY at it. The very least Moss should have done was invite the ****** Atwell to view the pitchside monitor. But of course he didn’t ....because VAR is NOT about reaching an objectively correct decision it is about protecting referees.
Ditto.Totally fed up this morning
This backs up my post last night suggesting that the fans being back in their stadium were the reason for the offals decisions.I think Brennan gets it right.......no one from the FA, the PL or the PGMOL wanted to spoil the "feel good factor" last night and it coloured their decisions from start to finish.
A total stitch up that has left a very nasty taste in my mouth.

Must see if I can get an update.
I'm still sore this morning, but I'll get over it. This is posted purely for contrast and compare purposes.
Also to justify a pair of opinions during last night's MDT.

I’ll take it farther.....I’m pissed off!Totally fed up this morning
Why should we have to accept this nonsense in the 'best league in the world's? It's farcical.
To add, if it was just the ref I could maybe accept a bad day at the office but they're watching replays of these incidents now.
