Awesome, thanks. I'll definitely be trying this!Spices are: cumin, coriander, turmeric, ground ginger, black pepper, chilli powder and fenugreek.
About a teaspoon of each.
Roast the veg in oil and spices until done, then add the coconut milk and roast for about 15 min.
Delicious!
We use jackfruit sometimes and it does go well!I cooked a curry Saturday using jackfruit for the first time ever; it was a rather tasty alternative to meat and went well with a yellow lentil dish. I made up the recipe myself.
Awesome, thanks. I'll definitely be trying this!
Bacon, eggs and tomatoes yesterday dinner.
Salmon tray bake (again) for tea.
Just had beans on toast for dinner. Whose beans do you think are best? Heinz are too watery, so we changed to Branston ages ago, they now taste odd.
Currently, CO-OP own make are the best IMO.
Chicken Kiev? For tea. That sounds far too exotic for my liking.
Thanks, I'll give them a try if CO-OP beans change for the worse. Not been to Aldi for quite a while - normally use Lidl, CO-OP or Morribobs. We have the Aldi beans
Today I had a baked potato with grated cheese and black pepper mashed up in it accompanied by some lovely brown bread and butter.
By "special ingredients", I don't mean drugs, just FYI.
