What are you cooking during lockdown?

Last night:
Chicken and sausages on the BBQ, served with potato salad (home grown pots, spiced mayonnaise, chopped and sautéed red onions loads of Dill), Ratatouille, green beans and red peppers.

Pudding: Almond cake, raspberries, strawberries and yogurt/cream

Beers, Prosecco, Red Wine, and a couple of Laphroaigs to watch the tennis.

Yesterday's pre-match meal - after I finally made it to the front of the queue - was sausage and chips from the van at the Abbey Stadium.

Today was mince in Oxo gravy with mashed potatoes, peas and cauliflower.

A variation on our recent maccy cheese…..substituted the cauliflower for roasted squash (cubed) and the bacon for sliced chorizo. Mrs E snuck in some Cornish Cove mature cheddar (as per the recipe) rather than my preferred mild cheddar but was nice, though a bit too cheesy for my taste.
Pudding was erm….really nice
