Interesting that Drager is playing LB. Can see him on bench instead of Bong very soon. Maybe last time we see Cafu also.

The U23s lost to a late goal against table topping Fulham last night.

I have not seen any reports of how we played yet but will post details as they become available.

The game ended 2 all after Kenneth Zahore scored twice for the Smethwick based pond life.

Smith saved a penalty at 2 - 1 and, despite missing numerous chances in the last 10 minutes, we could not get the winner.

The U23s lost 2 -1 against Middlesbrough tonight in the PL Cup

17 year old Dale Taylor is on the bench for Norn Ireland nil tonight, in the WC qualifier against Lithuania

U23 game v Burnley has been cancelled and rearranged for Friday. The U23 are also due to play a very good Blackburn team on Monday 13th. Tutu was rumoured to play in one of them. Can’t see him being risked for both. With two games so close together can see some fringe players getting a run out. Maybe Benito if paperwork completed.
