Not sure he'll see our bench as any better than united's, he'll probably get United's cup games and the easy CL games

Wasn't he going to Newcastle this morning the amount of BS written about these players by sports media is nothing short of pathetic
Is that not what happened last time he was loaned out to usManure want him to sign a new contract before they loan him out. In other words somebody else do the work to make him a better player for their benefit.

True, I'm just wondering if we'll bring someone in with Engels going, but yeah, it'll be one bench for another really, he'd be better off going somewhere where he'll be first choice.
I don't think he'd be the first choice anywhere in the PL, most clubs have a first choice pairingLike Newcastle.
Like Newcastle.
TBH even his time with us in our championship push he was just about adequate ( he did the job ) , and like you said he hasn't had much game time since returning to his home club .We need a centre back who is good enough to compete with Mings and Konsa for game time. Hause is ok but he’s clearly in the category of back up only used if others are unavailable. I don’t see Tuanzebe competing with Mings or Konsa either, he simply hasn’t played enough since we were in the championship
I was very impressed with Bogarde against Stoke, Steven Fletcher is a wily player but he handled him well enough and is very comfortable on the ball.
He totally lost Fletcher for their opening goal ...

I smell bullshit
That's more or less what I said. Apparently he's some form of disc jockey who is a Villa fan and has a job with the club.
No, me neither.
Has he even played a season in the Premier League bar the odd game here and there? I'd like to see him go somewhere like Newcastle to see if he's actually up to this level.
