The Jacob Ramsey Thread

To be honest when i watched it i thought it was possibly knee ligaments. 6 weeks is a blow but not as bad as i feared. It may give the phantom water bottle man a chance? If he ever recovers from this mystery " illness ".

Watched bits of the game last night and Ramsey did look good driving forward with the ball. If he can start playing like this at first team level and not just against kids, we'd have a future star on our hands

There was a kid called Cole Palmer playing last night. Not exactly the best of names for a footballer.

He was brilliant first half but nowhere near as good second half.
But to be fair, he's only 20 and is only just establishing himself in a side struggling for form, confidence and identity. Almost all players have ups and downs in games, so it's no surprise to me that he's not yet performing for the full 90.

As said, I genuinely think he's got much more in his locker and hopefully the world-class midfielders Gerrard and McAllister can help unlock that potential.
