Everton have accepted an offer from Blackpool to take midfielder Beni Baningime on loan next season,
Football Insider can reveal.
This site broke the news exclusively earlier this week that the two north-west clubs were in talks over a temporary move.
An Everton source has told
Football Insider that Blackpool have now had a bid accepted for
Baningime in which they will pay a loan fee and a portion of his wages to sign him for the season.
The DR Congo youngster, 21, is expected to make the move to the League One outfit from Goodison Park next week.
Everton have decided to let Baningime go to free up space on their wage bill as well as give him the chance to play regular senior football.
That was denied him in the 2019-20 campaign when he stayed on Merseyside after a 2019 move to Danish club Brondby collapsed at the eleventh hour.

The central midfielder did not make a single senior appearance for Everton in the recently-completed season.
This site revealed in June that
Ancelotti would listen to offers for Baningime this summer despite the strong impression he has made in training.
He was a regular in the matchday squad after the lockdown and was on the bench for eight of the last nine Premier League matches of the season.
