Are we seeing the City Council 'hitching their wagon' to the Lincoln Loco? Whilst they've been deceny to us in the past (purchase and return of the ground in the admin days) this is a surprise.
Also the last phase of the Western Corridor developement and a lot can happen between starting the project and finishing it.Ready in 2026 IF we agree to it, still lots of talks ongoing about both options, redeveloping or moving.

I get what you are saying but this is the UK. Anything that gets built will cost at least twice what it would cost in any other country. That Stadium would probably cost us £40m minimum.
