I think you're missing the point that we are unlikely to have a club to support if he does give out refunds. Are you happy to risk that? If you genuinely need your money back that much then fair enough, its no business of mine, but lets be clear of the consequences.
Scally said on radio just yesterday, with out income from fans or any help from the higher leagues, we have barely enough money to last us until Xmas. I'd bet scally includes the ST money he received in that forecast. That means if he offers refunds we will go bust even earlier. Are you really that keen to get your money back, if this is the consequence?
I know i wouldn't want my refund at the expense of having a club to support, unless i was literally struggling to put food on the table. Everyone's different, but that's my view. I think it's a particularly bad time to make your post to be honest, after we've just found out we will now continue to have no actual income for a considerable period of time past October, putting the club even further at risk.
However, you do make a good point about Scally and his remuneration. One that's been made a few times by plenty of other people though, including me.
How Scally can go public on the radio claiming poverty, and expect fans to forego their ST money, without making any public statement in regards to his own huge salary he is taking from the club, is wearing very thin. When he is asking less well off fans to donate their money to the club, he simply must make public how much he is/isn't taking from the club. I am surprised no radio shows have asked him.
