Well we won 1-0 against Darmstat Nunez goal - NCFC have s raving report on the mayor who was captain. He aint going nowhere, well entrenched now

I think I said after he got his new contract that he'll be captain next.

From what I've seen in preseason it's much the same as last, but of course it will be as it's basically the same players. Stacey has looked good and an improvement on Aarons.
 
Why would they - 3 teams came down with better players they needed to offload - we're one season later and ended up mid champ table - ours are a year older and more run down

Need a left footed central defender (omobamidele isn't one he struggled there last season), need a defensive midfielder (McLean isn't one and got over run last season), need an attacking midfielder (Gibbs isn't one).

Great squad refresh so far....it's the same bloody side bar Duffy.

We look as dangerous upfront as we did last season .... Oh, yeah because it's the same crap forward, his American mate and a new guy who doesn't really score lots. How are the club and DW happy to be going with these attackers? How is the pukki replacement the difference type of player the goalscorer?

It will be the same old story this season
 
So looks like tompkinson is going to be out for awhile. He sustained an injury in the game and DW says it looks a nasty ankle injury and could be ligament damage.

So season not kicked off and we have two central defenders out injured (one until end of Jan and the other could be longer) and our new 'special weapon' is out for 3/4 months.

Great stuff.

Surely they'll have to look at a new central defender now. Please don't go into another bloody season with limited options at the back.
 
We've only ever had limited options - limited from the top which is why we have consistently limited results and league placings and now we have even more regurgitated limited options for this season - looks like we're even limiting our transfers out, plus we have started early with serious injuries to crucial players which limits us further - feel like we're in a cloudy goldfish bowl
 
Remember last season we kept hearing managers saying we were good for the first 20 minutes and then dropped off well DW said same about the two preseason games, but now it's we were good for the first 30 minutes.
