Match Thread: AFC Wimbledon v Lincoln City

Looking at that list of scorers, you can see why they are so keen to have Pigott fit again. Having said that, he is sure to be sold this month due to being out of contract in the summer. Will they dare to play their prized (perhaps only) asset, especially when not fully fit?

Sounds like they won't have much choice but to play him if they have that many out

If this game does go ahead and the rumours of the Wimbledon squad having 3 injuries and 7 Covid cases are true - that’s a very depleted first XI. The odds are forever in our favour.

If they have that many known cases, chances are some of their players on the pitch today will also have the virus. And with the cases now with us in management team, we might expect same for us.
Either way, likelihood that more of both sides will catch it today and we can expext us to have games postponed later in month.
Hope not but high chance.

Wear a mask on the pitch - will feel terrible but not as terrible as COVID

ifollow tips for MA:
• expect some buffering at crucial moments in the game (stream resolution may need to be set at just above Pong level)
• try not to surprise the wife and neighbours with too much spontaneous offensive language.
• expect replays to run for an absolute age, and for the live play to be in a totally different area of the pitch when it returns.
• try not to shout at the screen too loud, you'll wake the baby.

Just read that the Boston game is now off today. So no interruptions for us listening/watching the game.

Waiting as late as possible to buy my match pass, just in case Covid or the weather intervenes.

You forgot the feeling that the camera movement may be from a cobbled pavement.
