Ex-Millers on the move

We do appear to have missed some sitters re potential signings. Of course, Huddersfield may not have wanted to sell REG to a relegation zone rival... most clubs are not as daft as RUFC in transfer dealings!

BBC Football website - Ex-Millers midfielder , David Noble, has just been appointed as manager of Wealdstone of the National League, after spells as player, and then manager , at St Albans. He played for the Millers 2012-14 ( 22 league appearances, scored three goals).
Update 27/01/24 - Wealdstone won 2-0.

According to a fanzine interview with Daniel Nardiello that I saw on the internet a few months ago, Noble fell out with Steve Evans over SE's "star quality" rating of Matt Tubbs. Noble may have had a valid point! (Tubbs - 17 Millers league appearances, ONE goal).

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

One that we missed at the end of last season - Jacob Gratton, ex-Millers youth team attacking-midfielder moved from Belper to Whitby Town of NPL Premier League. His promising Millers career was finished by a serious injury. Rumours on various football websites that he could now be moving to Rochdale.

Other Millers ex-youth/reserves team players on Whitby's books - Harrison Beeden, Daniel Rowe, and Jerome Greaves.

BBC Football website - Adam Thompson , ex-Millers full-back (2019-21) has moved from Leyton Orient to Barnet, loan to end of the season . Ten league appearances for the Millers, no goals. Like many Warney signings of that period, he seemed to be injured most of the time.

Wikipedia - Domingos Quina, ex-Millers loaned-in midfielder/winger has moved from Udinese (Italy) to FC Vizela (Portugal Primiera Liga ) on loan to the end of the season. He played 8 league games for the Millers, didn't score. He's better than who we currently have available.

TalkSport Radio (1pm) - Kieffer Moore has moved from AFC Bournemouth to Ipswich Town on loan. He didn't look very fit in the televised FA Cup game last week.

When asked by Henry Kissinger what he thought of the influence of the French Revolution Chinese Prime Minister Zhou Enlai replied, 'Too early to say.' I feel the same about Matt Taylor's time at Rotherham.
