I had forgotten how shit Massey actually is. Just a bit of effort would be nice.
He and Evans should be ashamed of their first half performance and couldn't complain if they were hauled off at half time as neither are in the least bit interested.
 
Shows the standard of this league, play like that in the championship and we would be losing 2-0. We have match winners in this team to get us a result still. Is Massey even fit?

Playing Naismith out of his best position is just stupid and doesn't make sense at all. He played his best football for us as an attacking mid after the lockdown. By all means utilise him if there is no alternative but play him in position when ever possible.
 
Hanging on it had to be said. Doncaster in fairness look a solid team at this level. You have to put it all into context with the hatchet job Krasner has done on the team. With new owners on the horizon seems pointless being concerned as there will many changes ahead.

Definitely, Naismith is our best player and his best position is on the right or left. Bring on Johnson for Massey and push Naismith forward. Massey either is extremely unfit or just can't be assed.

Cameron not Johnson, can't even keep track of these players right now haha
 
Massey doesn't look fit, Merrie looks out of his depth in centre mid and Evans gone missing. Need to wake up as we can't keep expecting them to not punish us playing like this.

I'd like to see Naismith in midfield but we'd probably be more likely to conceed if he's not in defence. Need to change something though.
 
We started pressing a bit harder and immediately got a goal from forcing errors. Makes a huge difference at this level when many defensive players not as skillful and can be pressured into mistakes so easily.

Need to keep that intensity up now.
 
Great result today, hope the players don't like read this board as some of the comments are embarrassing and ridiculous, especially about the first half! We have got young kids, free agents and loanees yet have won our last two! We are still in administration for god's sake! What happened to the comments that we would just be glad to have a team to follow!! Some on here need to have a look at themselves!!
 
After we scored we seemed to really grow into the game and our pressing and intensity improved drastically. We also became very composed on the ball and kept possession well to manage the lead. Before our goal we looked like we were pretty disjointed and second to everything but after the goal we looked the vastly superior side and everyone who previously struggled looked decent by the end.

Rode our luck with some of the chances they missed but really pleasing to see the lads dig in and up their work rate to turn the performance around mid game. In the end it was a good win against possibly one of the playoff contenders.

Just goes to show how weak this league is, we've played 4 of the play off / promotion candidates and none of them looked anything to worry about if we turn up even with our makeshift team.

Correct. We don’t always see eye to eye. Get one or two more in and we will be fine. Maybee a forward.
