"Bolton get battered" matchday thread

We’re fighting hard to our credit but they are just a far better team than us. This is over the moment they get that first goal which I can’t see them not getting eventually.
 
Doing ok here ... touch wood. They're obviously a good side, and play it about nicely, but we're keeping concentration and not giving em much.

Cal Macs got a few crosses in but nowt threatening.

Ref seems to let them get away with nudges, but penalises us every time.

Adeeko playing much better and pushing forward too.

Superb save by Tickle for the long shot.

Oh, and I understand that with the delayed kick off, it's unlikely their fans will get their last train if they stay till the end. 😂
 
We play play an abysmal form of football but Wanky also play an abysmal form of football but are slightly better at this abysmal form of football than we are.

Yes Formby, because they are a bloody good team and are keeping the ball very well. They are essentially doing to us what we did to Cheltenham on Friday.

Our best (only chance) of getting anything out of this (because we will need to score) is our weapons off the bench (Godo, Humphrys) against tired legs.

And it did so why start with better options on the bench? Unless that was a ploy.
