It's the complete dereliction of a creative vision that makes this so depressing. If he has a plan b it seems it is to go even more defensive which leaves us with ...this!
 
He needs to do something bwfor half time, they will get a deflected goal sooner or later
 
I hate being negative, but this manager isn’t the answer. He doesn’t know what a good creative footballer looks like, and while I applaud his efforts to get us where we are, we have no chance at all of going up, and next year unless he has a 180 in terms of football philosophy we are in a relegation dog fight with this squad

Definitely needs to change that, total shambles. Take off a CB get a wide player on and play our usual formation.
