Well if Gerrard has gone on record as saying "this guy is a better coach than me and has been a massive part of what I did at Rangers" then who are we to argue with him.

I'm interested to see what he does now if Beale was as integral to him as he seemed to be. Talk of Xabi Alonso coming in but he himself is an inexperienced coach.
