Membership 2019/20

An interesting issue raised by a supporter was that you could spend forty minutes online but if you got to the ticket office are you in the same queue?

It seems that you will get served a lot quicker if you go the ticket office as you go "straight in" to the system. Can you imagine the ticket office being able to process people say at the rate of one per forty minutes at each serving point? So quick serving at the ticket office doesn't surprise me.

Did any supporter ask if Kensell thought it was right and fair that an exile who has a wife and two kids who are all avid NCFC fans had to pay no less than FOUR HUNDRED pounds for home and away memberships before he even gets in the ticket queue where he stands less than a 50/50 chance of getting tickets ?

Sadly Smiff is making it easier to get a ticket by only spending £ 1.5 million on new players and losing almost every away game.

A member of the audience did raise the issue that memberships for each member of a family makes it expensive.

Somebody did suggest that they scale the cost of the membership according to the number of games they manage to get to.

It was suggested at the meeting that the club should sell tickets to home members for 3 matches based on:

One match for a top fixture eg v Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal, Spurs

One match against a mid tier team and

One match against a team likely to be near the bottom of the league

The club has sold 3 match tickets like the above in the past.

Some suggested that 1,000 points for a season ticket is too much. Some suggested 100 - 200 - 500 points.

I suggested this before . I think the club did this in 2004/5 , which as an exile I was guaranteed to get to a minimum of 3 home games without this ridiculous dog eat dog battle for tickets we have now . Just not good enough NCFC

Ironic really.
Such money should not be needed when receiving large amount premier income.
It is now likely we will be in championship next season after lack of investment in players to stay up and then when the money is then required the scheme will not work as the plastics will not be going to the games and competition for tickets will be low.

At the meeting they said that they would offer next seasons scheme alongside the season ticket renewal in 2020 and the suggestion was that the cost of that scheme like the season ticket would be collected over time via the direct debit method.

A member of the audience suggested that season ticket holders who don't turn for two home games should be banned!
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
So, somebody who has an accident or serious illness to him/her self or a close relative, which means a few home games will be missed would be banned.

What next? Ban people who leave before the final whistle?

Don't people think things through before making such remarks?

Ha ha .....l.Everton tickets are on sale to ST holders , so you don’t need a rip off Away Membership for that one.

Northern reports he only had to queue for 60 seconds before securing Southampton

Its all very strange ..... all the glory seekers seem to be disappearing very quickly ha ha
