In oil in a chip pan. Years ago I used to use lard but my vegetarian wife won't allow that.

Vesta also did Paella and I think three varieties of curry with rice. I'm not sure if you can't still get the curries.
Spinach and ricotta tortellini with tomato and mascarpone sauce. Garlic flatbread and lemon infused olives. Bottle of Asahi super dry to drink. the chocolate bar now though, with a cuppa.
