Yeah, get ready to 'Danny Rose' some names, e.g., Ali-Cho and no doubt a collection of N's.Any news....ok...yawn
His stats are fine when compared to many other at his level and better per game than many of our previous wingers at our club.
No point in comparing him to TAA, Robertson or anyone else from Liverpool, City or Chelsea, like Conte said 'they're a higher level'. We are not at their level, nor can we buy the 50m players that walk into those teams. We are kidding ourselves if we really think that rightbacks of that quality, Vlahovic or Kessie will come to Spurs if the top three teams from England, Spain, Italy or Germany are interested.
If Conte wants him and the prize is actually keeping Conte, then it's worth whatever it costs. And if we do, he will end up contributing more to our team this season; than the triumvirate of Loco, Dele and Ndombele.
Can't wait to see him pull on the shirt, we have never had someone with such slippy arms. Opens up another avenue for corporate sponsorship. The 'Johnson & Johnson, baby oil stadium' has a lovely ring to it. ;-)
The problem with so many Spurs fans now is they want us to be able to run before we can walk. Granted, we had started to learn to walk not that long ago and we even started to get up to a bit of a power-walk, but... well... I've given up on this analogy. You get the point.
I genuinely think Paratici is starting to see the difference between working for the giants of Juve, to the wannabe's of Spurs. Yes, our facilities are the best in the world yadda yadda, but those things alone are not enough to stop players like Vlahovic from wanting to join Juve over us.
It's clear we have missed out on Kessie too.
It's about a mentality change from Levy down to fans.
It's about not wasting 100s of millions on average players. Where has this got us over the years?
This notion signing average players is the way forward is the most ridiculous strategy I have seen in football.
It's quite simple, if the player can't improve the 1st 11 then don't sign him.
Of course, big money signings haven't panned out for us either. N'Dbombele for example. 2-3 mediocre signings would have fared better than him.

Thats what Poch stated. We won't sign unless an improvement on first 11 ! So we didn't.
You've got to ask yourself why it is we can't attract the big names in the first place. Unless we get European football we won't sign anybody of note. The catch is in order to qualify for the CL Conte requires those signings now. Nothing is ever quite as simple as it seems.
As he generally seems too…why was he involved thought we had Para for those activities…guess not! So fed up with Levy and his antics!!!Good luck to him. I had heard that we are going to keep tabs on him during this loan and perhaps take a look at him again at the end of the season. I don't think he burnt bridges. Levy fucked up.
We are Tottenham TV are running a report tonight from a decent Portuguese source that we have put in a 45-55m offer for Luis Diaz with a 48hr deadline.
Would be nice however unlikely.
