Time to say farewell today (Sunday 6th October 2019) to of one of the greatest drummers to come out of the UK.

With Jack Bruce now also passed the only member of Cream left is Eric Clapton.

Man, they were a talented trio and will always remain my favourite rock band.

Just watch and listen to Ginger on the drums here - Pure class.

Had to break off from playing my album to watch that Thomas. Thanks for posting, Hairs on my neck and my wrists are standing up after that .........

Back to Wheels of Fire now......

Katatonia are one of my favourite bands, if anyone likes their rock dark, check them out. Scandinavia is like a factory that has churned out a lot of great rock/metal/gothic bands over the last 30 years.

 
One of my favourite tunes ever. Can't believe I got it free on a CD with a magazine like Metal Hammer or Kerrang back in the day. They must not have known at the time it was going to be released as a single!

 

This record inspired both the band Curved Air's name and the synth playing on Who's Next. I've had my copy for 48 years.
