Chuffed to bits with the window. In fact with the last four windows. Two major signings who totally fit in with Stevies system, two solid fringe players that have cost next to nothing and new contracts for Emi and Hause.
Most neutrals would have been very happy with a window like ours. We already have a very good squad and we have Baily to come back in which will feel like a new signing. Are we the finished article?
Not quite but for the first time in over a decade we finally have a team to be proud of. UTV

I thought May & Starmer were quiet and forensic although I have more sympathy for Blackford telling it as it is
 
I’m sure come the summer we’ll have plans in place to make us even stronger come next August. Didnt expect Targett to go tbh but for the short term Ashley Young is a perfectly adequate replacement. I’ve no doubt more specialist cover for Digne will be sorted for next season as will the DM void. Considering it’s January, this has been a more than decent window, our best January effort by a mile and further evidence of our intent. More than happy with it.
