Shame though, was looking forward to a great battle, not a silly mistake spoiling the race for a fair few right at the start.

Lewis doesn't look happy. He's going to give somebody pelters after this. Apparently Mercedes thought it was going to rain again which is strange as nobody else did.

He said he'd told them the track though, all others got in, strange one.

It looked like Ocon made his choice and everyone followed. It was too late for Hamilton.

Very odd race, but actually much more interesting because of it. Next year, that sort of race would see Hamilton win, easily, if the new car does indeed help overtaking.

Yep Alonso won that race for his mate, Lewis was catching them like they were going backwards.

So the answer to the boring races is to start Lewis and Max at the back and see if they can overtake the rest, they normally lap most of the field anyway so it's possible.

Sebastian Vettel's second-place finish at the Hungarian GP is in considerable doubt due to a suspected fuel rules breach.

Vettel has been referred to the stewards by FIA F1 technical delegate Jo Bauer, who confirmed on Sunday evening that the German's Aston Martin car contained insufficient fuel at the end of the race.

The F1 regulations state that "competitors must ensure that a 1.0 litre sample of fuel may be taken at any time during the event" - and only an insufficient 300ml could be removed from Vettel's car in Budapest.

That would just be churlish to take away the second place, wouldn't it?
