I meant why Ci£y released the option to take him back from us.
They've seen enough
No its coz they're city and we're villa. What a daft statement. We're at completely different levels.

they signed him and have since changed their minds . He hasn't developed as expected . Far from a "daft" statement but thanksNo its coz they're city and we're villa. What a daft statement. We're at completely different levels.

yeah theyve released a 33 year old so someone else can pick up the tab. You daft bugger wise up manExtremely daft.
They've just released Aguero. Guess he's not good enough for us either.
And yet our best results and performances of the season were with him at DM.
Hmmmm.
Don't let facts gets in the way of a good story. And yet our best results and performances of the season were with him at DM.

Notice you didn't mention performances. The 7-2 against Poo and the 3-0 against Arse (I'm 40 years old) and the performances at that front end of the season were by far and away our best and all with Douggie on the pitch. Our best results were with Nakamba actually, He’s not a DM, I get Shills point, Luiz at 25-30m buyback would be a good backup if he’s as good as expected to be, for me he went backwards, you gave me a choice between him or Prowse or Anguissa it’d the latter two all day long.
If we were playing a 4,3,3 with a proper DM in the team I’d like him in that 3.
I prefer to compare him to Thiago Alcântara and other players from this millennium. It comes back to whether he’s a genuine DM. The best Brazilian DM I can recall was Dunga and Luiz doesn’t fit that mould for me. I think Luiz is better suited to a more forward role.
I set the bar high and prefer not to limit my horizons. I’ll grant you Alcantara is a fair bench mark though.I prefer to compare him to Thiago Alcântara and other players from this millennium.
and our worst. nakamba record better in the few games he gotAnd yet our best results and performances of the season were with him at DM.
Hmmmm.
but not at DM (and the facts were wrong)Don't let facts gets in the way of a good story.
I di like Marv I liked him when everyone was slagging him but Dougie is simply a better all-round footballer
