I missed that 'oversight'........:punch:

Then again, LiVARpool aren't in the League Cup as they clearly don't give a sh*t about it so presumably the author doesn't think including the winners in 1976 shouldn't count?

It is a break for them and I expect them to get out of the FA Cup and concentrate on the Title

Apparently yesterday's win was our 5th consecutive victory over the Toffees. First time we have achieved that feat. Another feather for Guardiola's cap (although they could only be bothered to mention the 0-4 defeat Pep suffered against them in his first season. Of course they did. Why mention something positive?)

This site is a fascinating way to waste spend some time if you have some to spare during Lockdown :whist: . I found the two charts at the bottom of this particular page interesting especially the number of fouls committed in a game per yellow card........evidence of increased leniency by officials resulting from the absence of crowds and thus the pressure on the referees to book players? :hmmm:

Definitely increased leniency.

Mctominay for example has committed 27 fouls this season and his yet to get a yellow.

By comparison, Fernandinho in 17/18, the season when Jose and Neville were crapping on about tactical fouls, got 7 yellow cards from 41 fouls overall.
