"players out of contract are playing for new ones" - does that include Eaves and Holy - two players possibly worth something?
 
Overall i felt SL was as honest as he could be but something around budgets etc sounded like he was not happy with what was on offer.

Is our squad better now than in May? I'm not sure.
 
The last question was very interesting. He was asked if he could sign one former team mate who would it be. If you heard it don't answer lets see if people can guess it. I was surprised at the answer
 
Strange that he thought the pitch was not the issue and then said the ball doesn't always play right on our pitch. Politically very correct responses as shown with the "I don't think of the budget" dodge.

Fair play to him. He clearly cares and I hope he gets it right. I also hope that I will win the Euromillions as well.
 
Definitely sounded like Nash will be going, possibly in January. Contract paid up perhaps. Bit of a shame but he was coming from many, many leagues below so always a long shot.

Steve is an easy man to like as he comes across as genuine and is a fan.

Lets hope he turns it around.
