Possible Summer Transfer Targets

Ryan Nyambe - WUM has just linked us with him on S2. He's one I forgot to mention. 22 y/o Blackburn defender. Good athlete, very quick. Around 6 foot. Capable of playing RB or CB. Ideal RCB. Has improved over the last season or 2. Would be ideal cover for us.
 
According to the News Now pages(Sport Witness) we've had a bid of 15million turned down for Trabzonspor keeper Cakir.UTMPB
 
It seems we're certainly not counting on Hendo coming back.

Cakir seems to be our number 1 target. I think we'll be willing to go towards £20m for him. Maybe 20m Euros is their asking price.

If he's as good as he seems it'll be well worth it. Hopefully he already speaks some English.

With an Irishman a geordie and a Scouse in front of him I’m not sure English would be any advantage

Good call with one exception, Bash at CB wouldn't stay put.

He's tactically intelligent and versatile. As he gets more and more experienced, I think he could be coached to fill in there for the odd game if needed.

It seems Jags is being retained though, so he'll (unfortunately) remain the back up at CB. At least it means it's one less signing we'll have to make.

I'm really surprised we haven't gone for Retsos. He could cover everywhere from RWB to LCB, as well as midfield. But I guess he needs regular football.
 
Gallagher and Kunde would be a great pair of midfield signings because they can both play anywhere.

Comfortable left or right and can play deeper or advanced.
 
There's talk of Leeds being quoted £25m for Buendia.

If we're willing to spend £20m on some of those we've been linked with we should be willing to spend it on him.

Although I think he'd choose Leeds over us because Bielsa.
