I was thinking grabban might be a decent option for us in the summer as he's scored goals in the championship but couldn't get in the Norwich side. Utterly amazing that what is essentially a reserve player at a lower down premier league side now costs 7m. No chance is shelvey worth even half the money Newcastle have spent in him either.

I don't understand why villa fans are upset by this transfer, like we were even in with a chance of signing him. Great buy for Southampton but come on we are bottom of the league we aren't on the same playing field as Southampton, so let's not waste our time pretending we are then getting disappointed when we don't sign unrealistic targets.
 
Benteke will end up at an ambitious club like Everton after they flog Lukaku for £40million in the summer £20/22.5million they will get him for,,,,,maybe Spurs

They're almost as bad as us. 7 shots on target throughout the match, only one on target and it's the only goal of the match as they beat the bin dippers 0-1.
