If Hull and other teams can contain Suarez knowing what a threat he is why oh why cant we .All the goals he has put past us we should know better than anyone the threat he is and the need to contain him, and still we stand off him and give him all the room he needs .I watched the match but after we went 3-0 down gave it up,he left our defenders looking like idiots they were clueless,lucky Sturage wasnt playing as well could have been 10-1.Bassong our captain trying to dribble the ball out of the penalty erea with 4 liverpool players around him ,Bennet passing backacross the goal infront of 2 liverpool players ,Fer going on a forward run but forgot to take the ball with him.Seems we need to go back to basics and start from scratch as we have learned nothing on last nights showing. :worried:

the other difference between the two teams was that we had a couple of chances and put one away they have a couple and put 5 away.

Early on Wes should have scored but went with his left foot - we must have had two clear headers that we put over.

Yes you are right ,most teams get there chances and most put a good percentage of them away apart from us .30 chances against Cardiff non put away ,given the same chances 30 to Liverpool or Suraze in particular how many would have been put away?I watched Crystal palace Tuesday and yes we beat them but getting players into the box ,getting the crosses in is something they are now doing very well ,we cant, its worrying to see bottom placed clubs starting to get there act together while we are dithering like a youngster on his first date.
