Why was the crowd so small? Was it due to a very low limit or was there little interest among the Shrews fans?Any attendance figure given?
Looking at a picture of their fans sat in the stand, it looks 300 to 400 but hard to count properly.
As quick as we looked on those highlights, and we are, you have to say that Shrewsbury looked as slow as a funeral, especially for the second goal.
Zach involved in everything in those highlights, which is good to see. Feels like we're still waiting for his Imps career to really get going.
It's extremely hard work to press that high and then have to take off after some players who can put the turbo chargers on when needed. We must have broken 3 or 4 times in the first 20 minutes, your desire to bust a gut repeatedly goes down a lot after doing all that running over and over again.
Best wishes for the future from an ex Bluejob too, Gutersloh for 31/2 years far better than the clutch :-)That would be RAF Bruggen then. Sadly, Bruggen & JHQ are a shadow of their former selves. But we move with the times and replay our memories.
- his decision making is noticeably improving - e.g. looking up and spreading it wide for Harry to cross for Zack's goal etc.
Think it worked. Look at the incredible performance put on by comfortably the youngest starting 11 we have fielded this season at 21 Yrs and 360 days !MA said he is fit but an inexperienced team needs the more experienced Palmer.
I think he was signed on loan because he is a fantastic prospect, is already technically very good, and can play both midfield and rb.I don't think he was ever signed on loan as a central midfielder...
Whilst we were discussing the burden extra games would put on our small squad, the positive is that our fringe players get game time hopefully to be more ready if needed.
If we’d not been in the Trophy still, not many of us would have been thinking about picking Zack for a league game for example.
From an Ex Stacker. Gut was good, 2 1/2 year tour, but Laarbruch 3 year, better, as a singly!!Best wishes for the future from an ex Bluejob too, Gutersloh for 31/2 years far better than the clutch :-)
