Match Thread, Forest v Middlesboro, are we on the up?

Stupid free kicks but Boro are throwing themselves at every touch refs buying everything.
 
Not good not good at all. We haven't got started today and unfortunately the defence is not the usual foundation/ rock.
Ironically Boro dont look anything special and I think if put them under pressure we will score.
CH needs to change something, as things are it's not working.
Sow off and bring on Knock. Cafu to retreat slightly and we move a bit closer in the middle.

We’ve usually been worse first half than second under Hughz but he’s got to change something as this will just demoralise everyone & roll on into the next game.
 
Both full backs are poor again. Neither of them are good enough. Sow is flying in with fouls, again, and Cafu is anonymous. Hughton has to make changes.

Some good passes from Yates, and a brilliant one from Mighten - pity it was Cafu not Grabban on the end of it. Mighten again needs to get into the game more.

Knew Assombalonga would score against us one day. We could turn it round, but Boro deserve it so far.

We kick off in to a strong wind against a team who need no invitation to lump the ball forward; that should have given the players an inkling we would be on the back foot for large parts of the half.

But no; its back to the lethargic start combined with stupid passes in dangerous areas and that idiot Sow giving free kicks away for fun.

Get Sow off, move Cafu back and get Knockheart on, and keep hold of the fucking ball
 
Typical Forest from the last 15 - 20 years get a win or two, it goes straight to their heads, they start thinking they are better than they are, and that produces a performance like we have seen so far.
Why do our defenders persist in giving stupid free kicks away when there is no need. Lucky to be only 1 down, lets hope he kicks a few backsides at half time and they wake up.

Agree that Mighten needs to be in the game more, but it would help if they passed the ball to him more often as he is dangerous and is drawing free kicks when ne is involved
 
Sow needs taking off before he gets sent off. Mighten always looks lively when he gets the ball, but each time he plays he rarely sees the ball. Last couple of games we have looked a bit more dangerous attacking, but the defending is terrible today.
