Jonah's Really REALLY Interesting Thread

In my 9 years on Vital I think yesterday was the most interesting and informative of all. We discussed Burger Vans on Bodmin, the history and names for spring onions and more things that were excellent. I see today its back down to its usual level.

I have just cut the grass and I now need a shower. Problem is my T shirt is stuck to my back. It is very muggy out there.

So did I , we also have 3 dogs that ruin any Lawn and traipse mud in hence the slabs and gravel
The front drive is full width tarmac. Even though I live on my own I do still like to have my garden looking good and I do think a lawn is important. I agree about the dogs, I remember we had one and I gravelled the back at the house we lived in then.

Had a phone call this afternoon from Heartlands Hospital they are discussing my case on Monday and she wanted to know why I hadn't been for a blood test.
I said I'd had one in March but nobody ever got back to me.
At that she said I'll just have a word with the doctor and phone you back in 5 minutes. That was an hour and a half ago.

We actually put our lives in the hands of this sieve brained idiots :shake:
