England Under-17 World Cup winner Nya Kirby has joined Blackpool on loan from Crystal Palace for the remainder of the season.
The highly-rated midfielder, who signed a new a contract with his parent club in October, immediately links up with the squad en route to Portsmouth.
Previously on the books of Tottenham, the 18-year-old has featured in a number of pre-season friendlies for Crystal Palace and was also named on the first-team bench for a Premier League fixture against his former side in February 2018.
Internationally, Kirby played in six of England’s seven games at the Under-17 World Cup, scoring the winning penalty against Japan to reach the quarter-finals. He also appeared in last summer’s UEFA U-19 Championships in Finland.
