I hate what the world is becoming

Banksy has returned to the London Underground with a piece encouraging people to wear a face mask. A video posted on his Instagram page shows a man, believed to be the enigmatic artist, disguised as a professional cleaner.

Why is this not criminal damage?

Because art is a form of expression that transcends rules, regardless of how pretentious and shit it actually is.

Who said it wasn't criminal damage? It is. But it has also got a good deal of coverage and might just help some of the fucktards who thought they were too cool to wear masks, to wear masks!

I do like his art I must admit. Wish he'd come and do some on my garage doors!

No chance JF sadly, the idiots ignoring the message won't follow Banksy in my humble. It just bugs me he's lauded for this and no attempt is ever made to stop him, yet others are vilified.

I do draw the line though, when he does it on private property where the owner can benefit for a greater good etc. That I'd applaud him for, but if that wasn't staged with TFL's agreement - is he paying for the clean up costs or does he again expect us normal mortals to swallow the costs?

Why is this not criminal damage?

Because Criminal damage lessens the value of something and by putting his artwork on something Banksy increases the value of whatever it is. Lol .

Regarding Shamima Begum I tend to take the view that insofar as she's a British citizen who was born here, that she's very much our problem and we need to deal with it rather than expecting some other country to do so.

Now I'm certainly not passionate about her rights as such, but for me it feels like it's the right thing to do. If we happened to throw her away in a cell for the rest of her life then so be it. But ultimately she's our mess to clean up.

You can see whats coming here a mile off cant you?
Better not be the case. She made her bed. Now go sleep on it. Not on our watch hopefully.
Would set an abysmal example if she got her citizenship back. But then again it is the UK isnt it.
Yes its what this country excells at, giving sanctuary to people who hate and detest us.
I know she is British by birth, and I get that arguement but I sincerely hope the legal system can find a way of keeping this vile creature out of the UK for good.

Some will see it and think. Some won't, it made enough of a splash to at least get people talking.

And of course the authorities have tried to stop him.

I hate how reports are so biased. This is saying that people can't access their old email addresses for free, they can. And why should a company you move from provide a free service to suit someone who has specific wishes, can't be arsed to slowly but surely change his email addy or use a gmail type account?

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-53442244

It is free if you use webmail, but the guy quoted in this doesn't want to change his email addy, or use webmail, he wants to do what he has always done, for free. But it wasn't free when he was with BT, he paid. No such thing as a free lunch.

I had talktalk, I have moved, I now look every now and then on the webmail, unsubscribe from I don't want and move what I do. Simple.

People are such spongers and so lazy.

I've changed emails a fair few times over the years (as you know), as you say, it's a nice way to clear things out actually as you only change over what you want - it's not exactly difficult.
