Marshals fooked that went through him, they look very fragile.

Oooh, must beat Huddersfield tomorrow, and then we are safe. Rotherham 4 behind Derby with 3 in hand, can they do it?
Got to think Wednesday and Wycombe are gone now. Maybe the EFL can give Wednesday back their 6 points if we win tomorrow?

Relegation update

Wycombe (Pl 41 33 pts) are 10 points from safety and face a very difficult away game at Swansea. A defeat will mean a possible points total of 45 pts

Recent Form: Swansea L L W L W – W D L L L Wycombe

Historic Form: Swansea have won 2 of the 4 previous meetings with Wycombe winning 1.

Wednesday (Pl 41 35 pts) face an out of form Bristol side, who do not like their trips to Hillsborough but are safe from the drop; a win today and then the Owls face another winnable home game against Blackburn – win both of those games and it really becomes interesting.

Recent Form: Wednesday L W D L L – L D W W W Bristol City

Historic Form: Wednesday have won 4 of the last 5 meetings at Hillsborough.

Rotherham (Pl 39 39 pts) it’s all getting a bit much for Rotherham what with their savage fixture list; they looked down and out on Thursday against Coventry and I cannot see any different on Sunday when they play Birmingham. Implosion awaits.

Recent Form: Rotherham L W L L L – D L L D W Birmingham

Historic Form: Birmingham hold the upper hand in this fixture with 2 wins out of the last 5 with 3 ending in a draw.

Huddersfield (Pl 41 44 pts) are in a nose dive with no respite on the horizon; all 5 remaining fixtures have a difficult feel about them.

Recent Form: Forest W L D L W – L D W L L Huddersfield

Historic Form: We have won 3 of the last 5 with the Terriers winning the other 2.

Coventry (Pl 41 45 pts) will surely be safe after Thursdays win at Rotherham; 2 more points from a run in of 4 relatively easy games will be sufficient, but they first face a difficult one against Barnsley on Sunday.

Recent Form: Coventry W D W L W – W W W W W Barnsley

Historic Form: Previous fortunes have certainly favoured Coventry with them winning 4 of the last 5 meetings.

Preston, with 48 points are now safe.

Not sure where you are getting that head to head record from, but it's not true at all. You have to go back 6 years to find us winning three against them. You've got it the wrong way round

Sheffield United relegated with 6 games to go.

I think they need to lose either 4 or 5 of those to break the defeats in a season record, which is jointly held by Derby and ipswich

Would settle for a draw from this one although it will probably end up being a one goal win by either side.

Birmingham with winner in the final minutes.

That’s Rotherham down I think.
Thank goodness for that.

Don't care if it saves Derby, it makes a huge difference to us.

Also makes a tamer game for us on Tuesday against a Birmingham side who will feel they have nothing to play for
