If you have enough then you don't do unnatural acts like retain a 22 year old RB as 3rd choice to tick the HG box. Our constant fight with not having enough homegrown coincides with the decline.
I glad to hear that there is more than just me that wants someone to manage our home grown youth as it is vital we put more time and more money into scouting for young HG players. Not just at senior level as it is just as vital at junior. We need a brave manager to look at the youth level and give some premiership minutes to see if they can make it.
