He also needs to use the width of the pitch and reduce the stream of short passes he wants to play, where the game is at its most congested.

I did notice on the 2nd viewing. But he also only jogged back when his teammates behind him needed him to bust a gut.

With Kane, Son and Lucas doing their own thing us carrying Ndombele isn't a option.

We have a gutless manager and plenty of gutless players.

Sad times.
 
Well the Paratici connection has paid off, this is the second winning manager we have hired.

Even if the first's best before date had passed.
 
What he has done in the last 2 days is more impressive than the previous 4 months.

He knew Nuno was out of his depth and has replaced him with one of the best managers around.

The fact these 2 know each other and have worked together already gives me some hope.

Sparks will fly and some people are going to be treated and spoken to in ways they've never been treated before - the press will have a field day, we can only hope it works.

Until they realise that's just the Italian way. Can't wait for an innocent bystander to watch Fabio and Antonio talking about the weather. Arms waving everywhere, 100 decibels and both faces turning red. :LOL:
 
The build in progress. This is good news and not unexpected.

For the fans, Paratici's project is more important to this club in terms of long term on pitch performance than anything else that has been done in the last 20 years. With the revenue growth kicking in we are going to see some excellent changes.

Have faith in THIS man. He has arrived at precisely the right moment. And in life, timing is everything.

It's funny how this stuff gets reported; it's actually for now, one new role = it's for someone to view all the video's that get sent in (literally) hundreds every month from players / parents/teachers/ coaches/scouts hoping to get someone noticed and onto our radar...

So at the moment, the actual investment is rather modest....
