Heard an interesting snippet at lunchtime on Talksport that could affect Matt Rhead. Billericay's new manager Jamie O'Hara was being interviewed. He indicated he would like to stop the club bringing in players who were at the end of their careers and on the way down, and introduce a new policy of bringing in young players with potential and on their way up.
