We may be able to rest a couple of players for this one . Moura for Lamela, Sissoko for Dembele, even Wanyama for Dier if he is fit.
 
Poch will want to get as many of our Man City starters on the pitch for this one to hopefully get them to "feel a win" before we play Man Utd. It frustrates me that Lucas isnt getting hardly any game time because he is the most direct threat we need to see that more. Our over-reliance on Eriksen showed against Citeh and Lucas helps with that.

...is what I expect we'll see.
 
Any sort of win will do, just get the 3 points tonight.

Hopefully the chavs drop points on Thursday night in a tricky looking game away to Burnley.
 
Win at all costs...simple as that! I don't care how ugly or pretty it is at this point...just get the damn job done!
 
Keep winning and keep the pressure on those above us. 2 more wins and Chelsea can't catch us, right? Our aim should be to get in to that top 3 and go all out for the Cup win.

Sorry to say mate , we need three more wins to be matheMATICally certain of CL .
If the Chaves win all their remaining games they can get to 75 points . We are on 67 at the moment so we need 9 more to be uncatchable .
They have a tough game at Burnley on Thursday
 
Lucas and Son both start...excellent. Adds pace and power up front and should be able to create and score...hopefully.
 
We are not firing on all cylinders, Brighton are containing us with ease, Harry off the boil,big time,hope it's not one of those nights.
 
Once again. no energy in our game. Little effective movement off the ball. Davies poor again. Kane half asleep as is Eriksen. This has loss written all over it. We have the players but not the tactics.
 
Looks like Poch has coached all the sparkle out of Moura except for the odd flash. Usual problems against well organised, defensive-minded teams. Poch has to change it up for the second half. If the players are saving themselves for the cup semi-final then they want shooting, a) because it's a game we could easily lose (and will if we play like this) and b) because CL football in the new stadium next season is a priority if we want to attract good players in the Summer window, and we definitely need some watching this display.
 
Step it up this half FFS, it's been like watching The Walking Dead in a football kit the last few games.:sleep:
