One of my favourite BBC TV series of recent years is The Detectorist's. It's a lovely comedy set in the Suffolk countryside about a couple of chaps who are members of a small metal detecting club. It's really well written and I'd recommend it to anyone. Series 1 and 2 are currently on Netflix. The most recent 3rd series was ended in such a way that I'd be surprised if there was a 4th series. I hope there is.
