Ha yes I remember that. I was actually on my knees in my bedroom praying. He used to play Land of Hope and Glory in the background as well.

Just seen that. I have most of those old programs as well as the 57 cup final one my father went to. It was about 2 weeks before i was born lol. Hoping to see us win it before i shuffle off.

As one of the older generation I have always thought Villa coming out to an instrumental version of "Kashmir" by Led Zeppelin as it builds up and up to a crescendo as the teams appear something worth a try, but what do I know?

Same game that parachute fella fell off the top tier of the Trinity. Gregory played Collymore Joachim and Dublin as a three that game 2nd half if I remember
