True, but this early in the season, we've yet to put out a regular team. Far too much swapping and changing. I don't think Nuno solved the Rubik Cube he's inherited!

1-1, our midfield was struggling. Subbing to be playing with 2 reliable CMs was the correct choice. You still have Kane, Moura and Gill on as forwards. Hojbjerg is good at making forward runs and NDombele should then step up to be creative.

Our team wasn't coping with Rennes once they started pressing after our goal. We were dealing with it more afterwards.

We weren't exactly creating much with a Skipp, NDombele, Gil midfield. and Gil and Bergwijn spent most of the time occupying the same space.

Yes, he had more space and time v Pacos. Rennes are more physical. So good PL type experience.

Why do struggle SO much to be faster! We take too long to get into attacking positions, we struggle to move the ball around quickly and we struggle to quickly organise in defence.

We get bullied so easily too.

It's so frustrating. Every player in our squad wants to slow things down and inevitably we lose the attacking impetus and then are forced to pass backwards and then lose the ball.
