I think if we were sitting pretty in 8th and looking to push on then naturally we would be a far more attractive proposition. You go looking for “the next Klopp” type of appointment (easier said than done).

Arguably that’s the point at which the owners probably wanted us to be at right now. At this current moment, I’m not really sure what we are. But we are certainly not there.

Edit: of course it’s fine margins in this game however. A few weeks back weren’t we a few points of 8th? But 17th ain’t a good look

Given we look by far and away the worst side in the league on current form, that’s a big one to turnaround.
