You want to take the right to live and work in 27 other countries away from my children. My entire life I have been able to freely leave the UK and find a new life anywhere in the EU I wanted to and there was nothing to stop me doing that. I know people who have done so and actually married and settled abroad. I know many, many fantastic students who have done so from other countries to here.

You want to take those opportunities and potential friendships away from my children for life. This is the single biggest loss of rights for British citizens in decades, if not centuries. I'm an historian and I am struggling to recall a precedent for British citizens losing the number of rights that turds like you voted away.

Tories have pulled, are pulling and will continue to pull funding from special needs provision, because by and large the public don't really give a toss about the disabled unless they are affected by it directly.

I need a labour government. I don't need free broadband or a lecture about past military interventions, I need a proper labour government that will manage the economy and get the higher level taxpayers onside to pay for the kind of care my son will need; as it was paid for during the new labour era for those that needed it

Earlier on in this thread, Lienking shamefully accused me of brainwashing young people to be left wing (still waiting for a retraction on that).

Now I am a) ultra liberal elite (both my bank manager and my neighbours in Carlton would be surprised by that) and b) responsible for Corbyn's terrible polling.

Corbyn is the leader and has been for over 4 years. Isn't he responsible for how the public percieve him?

If even lifelong labour supporters like me can't stand him, isn't that a sign that he's doing something wrong rather than me? And perhaps statements like he has made today are responsible.

Why can't you accept that this election (rightly or wrongly) is a Brexit election? Why can't you accept that 2/3 of constituencies voted to leave the EU? Why can't you accept that (again rightly or wrongly) Brexit is the biggest issue for the leaving voting working class? Why can't you accept that if Brexit had been honoured then it'd no longer be an issue and the election would then be about domestic policy, which a vast majority of people actually agree with most things in the Labour manifesto.

Without Starmer, Thornberry, Kinnock, Ummuna, Watson, etc constantly undermining Corbyn on Brexit and the membership going along them, Labour would be in a position to win this or the previous election. As for public perception, don't you think the right wing rags and the back-stabbing Blairites who would rather have a Tory government than a Corbyn one have played a part. Don't yo think that fake news like the one you posted here have also played apart, along with people like you would rather remain silent than stand up for the truth?
