I really like Danny Lloyd as both a player and a person. He is very erudite and considered in his tweeting.

I worked at the same firm when he was playing non league and he is a top man love to see him back at the Bank!

Not at all.
Danny only wants quality and what he feels will move us forward as a team, as others have mentioned he is courted by many. But we are a relatively attractive proposition, good wages, big crowds and a new training ground - Plus the Cowley's.

One word of caution though is that I also hear a few are being put off by our perceived playing style and the antics of maybe a player or two..

As for the comment about DC being one of those that might have said we're not ready for L1 yet, IIRC from that interview he said we weren't ready, but if we got promoted, we would be.

I remember him saying that too and was very impressed by it.
