Sold, I'll grab some next time I'm there! I got a lemon and ginger ice cream tub from them recently which I've yet to try but excited to do so. It's the Asian range where the other option is wasabi - tried last year and it was ok.

Impromptu barbecue at a friend's house last night - beyond meat burgers with jalapeño cheese melts and potato salad. Plus booze and Cards Against Humanity.

Huevos Rancheros for breakfast out in Lincoln today with added chorizo (the other option of mushroom and feta sounded good too). First time I’ve had it and very tasty. Mrs E stuck to a traditional full English
Tonight was our favourite squash and bacon risotto with the usual strawbs and meringue for afters

Hot beef sandwich with a small pan of gravy and sweet potato fries at the Dunkirk Inn for lunch.

Fish and chips for tea - hell fire, do I need some veg tomorrow?

Shop bought fresh chicken and prosciutto ravioli, with a carbonara sauce, added sliced mushrooms and garlic bread

Last night I had a big lunch of bacon, egg and black pudding sandwiches so no need for dinner.

Tonight was BBQ pork ribs with carrot and broccoli, followed by lemon and ginger ice cream.

I also baked a thyme sourdough loaf for my dad today which turned out very well!

A large prawn cocktail (salad really) with our own home made Marie Rose sauce tonight with strawbs and meringue again for pud

Shop bought fresh ravioli again, this time with ricotta and spinach with Mrs E’s tomato, cream, onion, mushroom, garlic and chilli sauce with chorizo. Very tasty

I've been driving all day so had a ham sandwich, tomatoes and crisps fot a quick tea.

Just had sea salt and black pepper crackers with cheese (a lot of them), red grapes and a beer when I've got home.

A shitmix tonight - minted lamb kebabs with a cooked mix of onion, red pepper and broccoli in harissa sauce. Also have a very large beer on the go and the ice cream is calling me from the freezer.
