What are you cooking during lockdown?

I put together a tinned tuna salad tonight for us which went down very well with Mrs E on arrival home from work....no cooking involved apart from a hard boiled egg. Can’t beat a hard boiled egg with a salad.
Berries and greek yogurt with crushed walnuts and seeds to follow

Pre match nosh today - breakfast of scrambled egg, tinned tomatoes, beans and hash browns with Stokes coffee; lunch/dinner of mushroom soup (home made) with bread to bake. Post match will be fish pie, and Mrs S is making a lemon meringue pie

We had a selection of pun-based foods for lunch today - cheesy tato eduns (baked potatoes with the flesh scooped out and mixed with cheese and Dijon mustard before another baking), Tom hoppers (halved cherry tomatoes with cheese, was meant to be Hereford hop cheese but couldn't find any), Palmer's corner-chons (Parma ham wrapped around cornichons), Liam gridcutt chips (those waffle-shaped chips), pundips, feetballs (Cajun meatballs with mozzarella centres), and for dessert spicy Appleton cheesecake.

Barbecue for us tonight... lightly charred everything. Slightly disconcertingly, two of the slices of belly pork were found to have teats...
